This 2-hour immersive experience is a space for sacred disruption where we gently unravel the stories, resentment, and emotional weight with forgiveness, and begin to rewrite what’s possible.
Through teaching, reflection, AcuWellness, guided meditation, and forgiveness work, you’ll be invited into a deeper relationship with grace. Not as perfection, but as presence. Not as bypassing, but as truth.
This is not about forcing forgiveness.
It’s about understanding it. Feeling it. Allowing it.
And from that place… imagining a future shaped by joy, self-trust, and emotional freedom.
You’ll leave lighter. Softer. More aware. More you.
Led by Jessica Haas, Board-Certified Integrative Neurosomatic Practitioner and Health Coach, here to help you break the patterns you’ve outgrown and come home to yourself. AcuWellness, 5 point ear acupuncture provided by Victoria Grotewiel, certified AAT. Needle free options of earseeds available.
